Does your meat come from a local source that is good for you and the environment?
Healthy has never Tasted so Good! The grass in our valley makes all the difference!
It is with great pride that we raise our animals on only grass in a sustainable manner utilizing holistic ranch management practices. We provide a free-range, low stress environment, allowing them to live much as they would have on farms centuries ago. No antibiotics, or growth hormones are ever used. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not finish our cows or buffalo with any grain or use additives in our final products. Grass-fed is better than grain -fed because it has:
4 times more vitamin E
5 times more cancer fighting CLA
3 times more heart friendly omega 3's
2 times as much beta-carotene

How We Raise Our Cattle:
Our cattle are on open pasture until they are processed. During winter months, we set out grass hay for them as needed. You can see in the photo above the lush pasture they graze during the other three seasons of the year.
How We Sell:
We sell in small quantities at our regular retail prices as well as in bulk for those who have a freezer.
Call us at 303-648-3001 for current information on our bulk prices and availability.
