How We Raise Our Cattle:
Our cattle are on open pasture until they are processed. During winter months, we set out grass hay for them as needed. You can see in the photo above the lush pasture they graze during the other three seasons of the year.

We sell in small quantities at our regular retail prices as well as in bulk for those who have a freezer and want to save some cash. Call us at 303-648-3001 for current information on our bulk prices and availability.

Our hams and bacon are cured using only real hickory smoke and no preservatives. The breakfast sausage has only spices and sugar - no preservatives of any kind.
